Summer Teams 2018 – Updated Oct 3

Below are our teams for our Summer Season 2018.

 

We have had over 300 junior players register for our summer program.  Our coaching groups have spent many hours in discussions on & off the courts to try & deliver strong, balanced teams that will enable all kids to challenge themselves & continue to grow as a basketballer & a person.  We understand we cannot please everyone, with some kids disappointed not to be in a team with their friends others not in the division they had hoped.  We encourage all those disappointed to speak to your coaches about what you can do to improve. Some maybe need the extra season to gain confidence & we will be watching them over summer to see if they become the leaders in their teams. Remember this is summer league, have some fun & work on your game, winter season we will re-asses the sides again & make adjustments as needed.

 

Unfortunately we do have around 9 boys in total missing out in the u14 & u16.  We do apologise for this, but we were 2 coaches short of our plans.  We have your details & should someone pull out we will endevour to give you an opportunity to play.

 

Coaches will be in contact some stage over the school holidays to exchange details & communicate training & game times.  If you would like to discuss any elements of this process below are options available to reach out to us
