Bunnings BBQ – Saturday March 28 2015
Our club has been offered a fantastic fundraising opportunity to hold a Bunnings BBQ on Saturday, 28 March 2015 at their North Geelong store from 9am and 4pm. We are asking for members and families from each team to assist in operating the stand on the day. This involves (manning the stall, selling food & drinks &/or cooking the bbq).
Fundraising is an integral area in our clubs success and allows us to provide further resources and equipment for the enjoyment of our members and progression of our great club. It is hoped that we can combine as a club representing our community and through a collective effort ensure the success of this day.
Please let your coach know if you can help during your allocated time slot or alternatively if you can help at another time during the day.
- TEAM U12(BD1, BD2 (x2) BD3 (x2) teams) – 9.00-10.00AM
- TEAM U12 (GD1 & GD2 (x2) teams) – 10.00 – 11.00AM
- TEAM U14 (GD1 & GD2 teams) 11.00-12.00PM
- TEAM U14 (BD2 (x3) BD3 (x2) & BD4 (x 2) teams) – 12.00-1.00PM
- TEAM U10 (BD1, BD2, BD3 & G10 (x2) teams) – 1.00-2.00PM
- TEAM U16 (BD1 (x 2), BD2, BD5, GD1 & GD2 (x2) teams) – 2.00-3.00PM
- TEAM U18 ( BD2, BD3 & GD2 teams)– 3.00-4.00PM

Our Junior Presentation day is all set for Sunday March 23rd. We have a big day planned with plenty of medals & trophies. Due to the size of our club we have split the day into easy timeslots to allow you to get the most out of your day.
